they rip you off on your trade in

I was not giving a fair price on my trade. My car has afair value of $11,000 and I was offered under $5,000. They increased offer to $7,000, but still falls short. I do not recommend going to Toyota of Muncie for vehicle purchase. They use black book and will rip you off on your trade in.
