Toyota of Muncie

We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I must caution others before ever considering to purchase a vehicle here. The initial negotiation went okay, but the signing of the paperwork took approximately 3 hours, which had they been busy would have been understandable but they had no other customers from the time we arrived until when we signed the paperwork. The finance guy was very pushy and tried to sell us all kinds warranty and service packages with ridiculous prices. We declined all his stupid offers, and then he got mad at us and yelled at us. It is a shame that a dealership like this is allowed to stay in business.
