Toyota of Muncie

This is the worst experience I have ever had. We called a few days before and got a OTD price. We walked in there and we felt something was not right because they weren't honest. Don't trust them from the beginning. The general manager came to us saying that we still have to pay 399 documentation fee and sales taxes on our vehicle. We thought OTD prices include everything, fee, taxes. Apparently, their definition of OTD price is quite different! [violative content deleted] We were so upset we wasted the whole day there and they are absolutely the worst people you can ever deal with!
