Toyota of Muncie

My experience with this dealership was a bit of a nightmare. After taking a day off (that was after taking to them 3 days before and being told everything was fine), I found NOTHING was going anywhere. First, I was told over that phone conversation that I was approved with no money down. When I got there, they told me that they not only needed a co-signer but also a very large downpayment. Not to mention the interest rate was 7.99%. I was even told that someone from this dealer had just called the day before to let me know that things had changed but there were no any messages or records on my cell phone at all. (another big fat lie right to my face!). I do not recommend anyone bother to even stop at this dealer. Not only will you not get the payments, cars or price that you talked about but they will have no problems telling you lies just to get you there. They will even lie about the cars they have to get you in the door. The whole purchasing experience was so emotional draining. I can't tell you how many salespersons or managers came out and talked to me. They are all dishonest. Potential car shoppers beware!!!
