I bought a car in Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford a little more than a year. I refinanced the loan two months ago and since then I have a problem with this dealer because the dealer will not won't refund me the money from GAP insurance, call them twenty times a week, constantly ignoring me and will not respond to my phone call, I went there several times and always have some excuse.I would not recommend anyone to go there because obviously, they're great when they need to take the money from you.
