LOOK AT YELP FOR REAL REVIEWS ON THIS DEALER. Unethical. It appears that the Gurnee Hyundai tried to hide car defects. Tire light came on after we got the car home. The drives side tires were under inflated to the same PSI. We filled the tires to correct PSI to match passenger side, and the car pulled to one side. Dealership said they would to a free alignment, but would not look at a problem with the door lock on the passenger side sounding like it is locking and unlocking when you come to a stop. After getting alignment, went home, and the tire light came on. Same problem again, tires on the drivers side under inflated to the same PSI. When we filled tires to equal the passenger side, the car pulls to one side. The GM, John Kokkalis was immature, and not professional. I would never recommend this dealership, and I question a Bob Rohrman dealership that would allow these practices. While buying the car, they lost a key, and tried to get us to purchase a different car. Look at Yelp reviews, several of the same complaints. Unethical!
