Great experience at Ed Martin Acura. Drove up from Louisville to pick up a TLX Type S. Elliot was awesome throughout the entire process. He was able to locate the exact spec we wanted and make the negotiation process very simple. Jake was super nice and a very personable sales manager. Liz had us in and out of the financing office and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Well worth the drive up to Indy to get what we wanted with great customer service.
