Dellen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I live closer to Indianapolis than Greenfield, and I will never drive to Indy for a new Car ever again. You have to understand that all dealers that sell the same brands are the same as far as product and prices go. The sticker price does not change from one dealer to another. Nor does the 'rebates' and 'incentives', they are all passed down from Chrysler (or GM or whoever). The factor is the quality of the people and how you feel when you pull up. Indy stores are about two things, money and number of cars sold. At Dellen (and I mean both stores they have) I feel like the salespeople are there to find me a car, not to put a car on me. Dellen helped me to feel relaxed and calm. The process was easy and the price was the same as a big forceful dealership. I will drive the few extra miles to buy at a place that feels like family than save a few bucks in fuel and get stressed out.
