Dainen helped me with my fuel pump recall service. When I took it in he asked what else they could do for me and I mentioned an oil change and new windshield wipers, which he said they'd definitely be able to do. Later in the day I got a call about a tire having a bubble on the side wall, and he quoted me on 2 and 4 new tires but I decided to look elsewhere. When I called Dainen back letting him know I'd pick up my car to take it somewhere else he was able to get with his manager to get me a deal to make it more convenient for me to get the tires replaced at the dealership. This dealership and Dainen are always professional and always trying to make the customers process easier.
