It's been a few years since we bought a new GM vehicle, and I was pleasantly surprised by the sales experience. Very friendly and helpful. They acted like they've learned a lesson, that the customer wants to be treated with respect and feel valued. The sales person took a lot of time explaining the new vehicle during the delivery process, which was nice. We didn't have to figure it out on the way home! F&I experience was even enjoyable; no brow beating about extended warranties, finish/interior treatments, etc. I was very pleased and will gladly recommend and return to Summit City Chevy.
