Very Poor car buying experience

Tried to purchase a car & was one of the worse experiences yet. The dealer clearly has a lot to learn when dealing with potential customers & communicating properly. The right hand has no idea what the left is doing & left me hanging after a three day ordeal. Dealer did not even offer to make things right & very poor for a Cadillac dealer. They need to remember we have choices in Indianapolis & another dealer will get my business.
