Fishers Imports

After going to their other dealership by mistake, a call was put into Fishers Imports Indianapolis at 5pm that we would be there in 20 minutes. They close at 6pm… They had the car waiting out front for us to test drive and evaluated our trade- in while we drove. The car was exactly what we were looking for. Chad never pressured us to rush through the buying process and as out of state buyers there were a few hoops to jump through. We were offered a good price for our trade-in. He stayed and helped my daughter move her items from the car we were trading in to the new car. When we were transferred to Nick in the finance department, we again received a no rush service. With the out of state licensing challenge, Nick patiently helped give us options of how best to handle them. After a challenging day for personal reasons, showing up last minute before they were to close on a Saturday night, these gentlemen gave us the best service in helping us obtain the car that needed to be done that day, because we learned you can’t buy cars on Sunday in Indiana and I would be flying home on Monday and would not have any other time to get a safer ride for my daughter while she is living in Indianapolis for school! This was done for a car that was not a high priced car, but they made us feel like we were buying the Lamborghini SUV!
