Unacceptable customer service

onI bought a used car from this dealer. The sales person I worked with as great and things worked very smoothly including getting them to fix a door sensor that was broken. However, the manager that you have to work next to pay for the car with put me through an unacceptably long wait while he dealt with many other issues even though I was first in line. When I mentioned that to him, he was arrogant about it. There was absolutely no customer service in his tone or mannerisms and I will not ever deal with him again.
