Dealership Sales Review
I went in on Friday, late afternoon. I dealt with Logan D. We took a test drive and I told him I wanted the car. He told me they close at 6 but a little after 6, I sent him an email and a text confirming my intent. I told him I would be out on Saturday in the morning to drop off a check. Logan called me at 9 and 11.I reaffirmed my intent and was off to the bank. I called him when I got to the bank. Before I could get out of the bank Logan called me and told me the car was sold. I reminded Logan what he told me on the test drive that he is in the business to help people. What a load of crap. He told me he was willing to work with me on another vehicle. Why would I interact further with [non-permissible content removed]? Then if I bought the vehicle and had an issue, I can just imagine how there would be problems to get it fixed. Time is important when searching for a car, next to that is worrying about how the salespeople will mislead you or just lie to make a sale. I hope this saves someone the humiliation, disappointment, and loss of time. Steer clear of this dealership. It is not that they do everyone this way, every time but how can you tell if it is your time to get screwed or not?
