In all a pleasurable experience. Was able to get everything i wanted on my new truck. Tom did a very good job in showing me all the features of the truck. He answered every question i had, as well as treating me in a very friendly manner. All the people i dealt with including the Beautiful Gals at the info desk,dealers,and Tom were super. If i had one complaint it was how long Ford took to get back to the dealers in phone conversations. Dave French
