Zeigler Ford of Elkhart

Purchased a used 2011 Ford Flex from this dealer in October of 2012. After the first winter with the vehicle found that the Flex is not the best in the snow. Went back after 5 months to work out a trade for something with 4 wheel drive. When I purchased the vehicle they charged me $30,000.00 when I went to trade it they offered me $18,000.00. The vehicle was in like condition from when I purchased it and it had only 5,000 additional miles. Then the sales manager tried to lie to me about how much the dealer originally paid for the vehicle with some fabricated document that he printed off. The whole experience was not good at all and I wanted to warn anyone that is considering doing business with these guys to beware - they will try to take advantage of you.
