Lochmandy Buick GMC

I’m an old customer of Locmandy and Best, I have purchased 3 NEW cars from them. I called them up and was put in contact with Manager Kole for the USED car I wanted, which was priced $3,400 over KBB. So, I provided all my resources on it, made a fair offer, which I thought would be a simple process like the other 3 cars, nope he would not drop a dime of the asking price and seemed uninterested, horrible experience! UPDATE: Mike the so-called manager called me back to spew a bunch of BS dealer talk, so I hung up on him!
