Poor experience

onThe estimated pickup time was November at first, then it was delayed to December, today is January 20, and the repair is still ongoing. No efficient communication at all, I asked the estimator to do a transmission diagnosis two months ago, because I received several alarms from my Cadillac App, but never heard any response about it. My estimator promised to give me a call when they move to the next step, but I never received a callback. One week ago they said they found additional issues, I understand additional damage could happen, but the wrong materials were sent to the shop twice. My vehicle has been in Curry for three months, but they still haven’t fixed it. Poor experience at all.
