I recently purchased a Buick Enclave from Curry. I know first hand what a great experience it was. I live a little over 3 hours away and found the car online. I finalized everything with the Internet Sales Coordinator. I was a little nervous since this was my first online purchase of an automobile. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the car. He even offered to take pictures of the tire trade and measure the tread depth for me. Just one example of the many things he did to assure me of the quality of the vehicle. He connected me with the Finance Manager in advance and worked on the pricing so that when I made the drive to Bloomington, there were no surprises. Upon arrival we took a test drive to finalize things and then he spent all the time we needed making sure we knew how to use all of the features. He also assisted us in establishing OnStar and XM. I have purchased two new BMW's and a new Lexus in addition to several other cars and I can tell you that no experience was as stress free and enjoyable as the one with Curry. I would highly recommend the entire Curry team to anyone. They are true professionals and dedicated to customer service. I can now testify as to how the Curry dealership has been around for almost 100 years - the quality of its employees. Human nature dictates that you only hear negative feedback about customer experiences but I wanted to take a second and share about this home run.
