We purchased a used car from this dealership. The car had a faulty solenoid in the transmission was unnoticeable during the test drive. We paid for the car in full and drove it home. The very next day we took the car out for a joyride and after it warmed up it began to jerk (very hard) when up-shifting. After a few calls over the next few weeks we were informed that Mr. Devoe would not authorize a repair. The solenoid to fix the problem is around $40. Installation time is estimated at around 5 hours.
