Poor Customer Service from the Service Dept

onRyan was below expectations. As I tried to explain the problems I was having with the iDrive system's accuracy for navigation, he interrupted several times and talked "over me". He told me the iDrive system has issues and I should use my phone for navigation instead. The service took longer than Ryan told me and when I went to ask about it, I saw my car in the front lot where it was parked after completion. I had to wait to speak to Ryan, because he was on the phone arguing with a customer. And I couldn't get my keys from the Cashier, because Ryan hadn't sent over the paperwork.
