I was pleased with the work that was done. However, there were some clips missing from under my front bumper. I had an accident several months before the repair and the clips were not replaced or had either come a loose. Rizza wanted to charge me a $100 dollars to replace them. However, the auto body shop informed me that the clips only cost $5 dollars each to replace and I only needed two clips. Needless to say I took it back to the auto body shop and had them replaced at no charge. I felt that was a little petty of Rizza to try and make a profit of $95 dollars. Although, it was the right thing for the auto body to replace the clips it wouldn’t have cost Rizza that much to replace them at what they cost or at no charge at all, considering I had just spent close to $600 dollars with them. Luckily I haven’t needed a lot of repairs on my car but they are a little pricey.
