We were looking for a gently used truck or Suv and had had an insipid response at another dealership. We stopped in to see Ray Ferrari and boy, what a difference. Ray answered all our questions, was so pleasant and cheerful. We ended up buying an Escape from him, which we really love. Thsnks, Ray!
