Evanston Subaru

My rating is Zero Stars. Here is a short summary: 1. bought a 2015 Subaru 2. did paperwork 3. Go to get car, salesperson Ethan gives me ONE key 4. I ask about the other, he says they will look for it 5. few days later they tell me I have to pay 300 for a new key Dishonest, horrible service is what I experienced. I called the owner Rob Paddor who told me they can't provide me a key cause "there was no meat on the bone" with the deal they gave me. Note: they took my car in on trade for 4500 and listed it the next day for 8991.... Buyer Beware.... this is not some place you want to shop
