We are very pleased with the purchase of the Crosstrek at the dealership. The salesperson was amiable and respectful. There were no hidden offers or incentives that were discussed during the purchase session. We had already looked up what we wanted in this particular car. We communicated with the salesperson via email and took it from there. I found the experience to be better than expected. This is the second car we have bought from the Subaru dealer and the same salesperson we bought from before was the person we chose to work with.
