Tyson Motor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Certified Pre-Driven

2nd time in 2 years I tried to buy a jeep wrangler from this dealership 1st time I told the sales guy I have been a Toyota owner for 10 years but I've always wanted a jeep... Why should I buy the jeep now? His reply Either you like jeeps or you don't. WOW that's their sales tactic, I walked out. Last night I went in for the 2nd time completely ready to purchase I told the sales guy what I wanted what price range I wanted to be in, he showed me one jeep, I ran over to others only for him to say that's out of your price range. OK... I went on their website while sitting at a desk and look at that the jeeps that I wanted to look at were on sale and yes in my price range. So he didn't know the discounts being offered by the dealership he is selling for, I asked the manager about this and his reply I've been here for 12 hours I'm tired what do you want and I'll tell you the price. REALLY!! I wanted to know which wrangler package gave me the most for my dollar, I wanted a 2 door I wanted to know what was available now that we knew about the discount, salesman reply well what does your phone show that's what we got. HOW PATHETIC, manager said we train them on the vehicles not the prices, well considering he couldn't tell me the difference from one style to another I'd say they are doing a very [non-permissible content removed] job. Not to mention the jeep he was trying to sell me in a color I did not want was 32K I found the same jeep with the same options for 25K at Bettenhausen dealer in Orland Park.
