Dealership Sales Review
My wife and I had been looking for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude for several weeks and hadn't had much luck finding anything in stock at the dealerships we had visited in our local area. We decided to run up North on a Sunday afternoon to check out some suburban Chicago dealers inventories. Tyson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram Trucks was our last stop and I've got to tell you we almost got tired of walking the lot looking through their inventory of 2017 Jeep Cherokees. The had over 100 in stock and 3 that matched up perfectly with what we were looking for. We took note of the VIN # for the Cherokee Latitude we were most interested in and emailed them that same evening through their website. On Monday morning I received a couple emails (One from Aaron Lang and one from Jason Beltran) as well as a phone call from Jason inviting us to travel up to the dealership and meet with him so that he could attempt to earn our business. I set up an appointment and my wife and I took the trip up to the dealership that following Wednesday. First off, I've got to admit that we were a little skeptical that the dealership pricing and discounts we saw online for the car we picked out would actually prove to hold true once we got there. Been THERE, done THAT with LOTS of new car dealership experiences over the years...but NOT this time! Jason immediately put us both at ease with the most friendly, knowledgeable, stress-free, no-pressure sales experience we have ever had. He went out of his way to make us comfortable with every aspect of the sales experience and he was totally respectful and courteous every step of the way. After a test drive we confirmed that the Cherokee we picked out was still the one we wanted and sat down to talk details. To make this long story a bit shorter, we ended up trading in our 2013 Ford Escape and driving home in a brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude the same day. The best part was that it was equipped exactly as we would have ordered it from the factory and at an absolutely OUTSTANDING price with the factory incentives combined with Tysons deep discount! They even threw in a set of Jeep molded splash guards too after I asked them to! And I've also got to mention Travis Robertson who took care of the post sale financing...he has one of those great "one of a kind" personalities and was quite interesting/fun to deal with - we'd like to highly recommend Travis to all as well! After our experience with Tyson Motor Corp. we certainly can say we have a lot of respect for the way Jason and the other folks at this dealership took care of my wife and I. They worked hard to earn our trust and business and were totally honest every step of the way. No surprises, no tricks, no high-pressure sales tactics and the resulting stress you experience at most dealerships. Wouldn't believe it if we hadn't experienced it first hand!
