Auffenberg Kia

I went in to Auffenberg Kia on 11/12 looking for a vehicle that was in my budget and I was also looking to make the deal that day. Nancy O'Connor greeted us at the door with such a friendly disposition. I told her what my situation was and that I wanted to see what the best options were for me regarding buying vs. leasing. I also wanted to see what the estimated payments would be on more than just one car to see which car was more in my price range. Bless her heart, she was so pleasant and helpful the entire time, and not once did she seem to be bothered (and I asked a lot of questions!) Once I decided on a car, I was worried that the payment was just a little higher than where I wanted it. She went back right away without hesitation to see what could be done. Within minutes she was back stating that they could make the payments that I wanted work. She told me that they were there to help me and make sure that I was taken care of, and this was the first time buying a car that I actually felt like it was true. The entire experience was extremely fast as well. I have never purchased a car where I wasn't there for hours, or even the entire day. I believe my purchase took a total of two hours tops. Nancy was so pleasant and easy to talk to, the time seemed to fly by. She was like talking to someone I had known for a long time, not someone I had just met that day. It was amazing!!! The finance guy (Jason I believe) was also very friendly and helpful. The entire purchasing experience was the best I have ever had. I would definitely recommend Auffenberg Kia to anyone I know looking to purchase a car. Nancy and the team were phenomenal!!!
