Auffenberg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Purchased a new Jeep Saturday and it was the best car buying experience that I’ve had. The only thing I didn’t like was after the paperwork was done and I went to leave, there were greasy hand prints on the inside of my car that weren’t there on my test drive. Which in itself is not a big deal but when I asked Nick my salesman if he could grab a wipe for me, he said that it’s really busy and he had 3 customers waiting for him. Still not a huge deal but something so small, that only would have taken a minute to help me with but it felt like once he got my money that I was no longer important as a customer. I was not expecting to need to clean my new vehicle before even getting it home.
