I attempted to purchase a 2019 Ford Expedition from this dealership. I was on the phone with their people all day long talking over all the details (financing, services, test drive, etc.) After working everything out, I went to the bank to secure a loan I contacted them and told them I’d be coming from 2.5hrs away to purchase the car. I asked to have it ready for sale. They insisted nothing was wrong with the vehicle and that it was a great deal. An hour before purchasing the vehicle I get a call telling me the car is making noises and it needs a new turbo. He said “don’t worry we’ll make it like new”. Who wants a car that is in the repair shop the day they buy it!!! These POS wasted my whole day on trying to sell me a lemon
