Dealership Service Review
I understand due to economic conditions price of things have gone up, but it's a little hard to trust repair shops when you're being quoted one price and then return the next day to get the work done, and is quoted another. It makes you question everything from the repair being done? if it was immediately necessary or just a "money grab"? Vehicle inspection showed work that was needed "required attention soon" not "immediate attention" as I was told by the service guy. Had I read this on the paperwork sooner, rather than later, I would have held off a little while longer for the work to be done. Please do a much better job of returning customer vehicles to them in clean condition after the prices you're charging. One shouldn't have to ask for a complimentary car wash or spend 30 mins wiping down the steering wheel and door handles from dirt.
