Top-notch Service Department Experience

Had regular maintenance scheduled for my SUV. Appointment scheduling was fast and easy using the Fields Volvo website. Steven Pflaumer was the service advisor with whom I worked - very friendly, efficient, and communicative! Waiting area was clean and inviting, with complimentary snacks available. Was able to get work done while waiting onsite for service to be completed… Overall, extremely pleased with my service experience at Fields Volvo!
