Denise, service agent at Field's, arranged an engine rebuild at no cost to me even though my Volvo XC60 was seven years old and past warranty. I was provided a new car loaner while my car was being fixed. After my engine was rebuilt, the car performs as if it were new. Hard to beat that type of service.
