Error after error by the dealership

onI have purchased many cars from multiple dealerships. Never had such an error-filled experience! The odometer reading posted on the window was way off what was shown on the Car Fax report. They only had one key. Rather than immediately ordering it when the accepted the car as a trade-in, they did it only after I purchased the vehicle (which was less than 1 year old). I had to spend 90-minutes of my time a couple weeks later in Service while the key was programmed. And worst of all they messed up the payoff of my lease. It took 6 weeks and multiple calls to the dealership and Subaru national to get that resolved. It took hours on my end just to get reimbursed.
