Lexus of Naperville

I recently purchased a certified preowned Lexus ES 350 at Lexus of Naperville. I haven't had a new car in 15 years and was frankly dreading the experience due to the aggressive salespeople and constant pressure to buy. I wanted to take my time and dealt with many different dealerships both in person and on-line. Lexus of Naperville as a whole was the best experience from sales, to financing, to service, to the ambiance of the dealership. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. Laura K. was my sales associate and really helped me to choose the car that best suited ME. She was very patient and let me drive as many cars as I wanted as well as answered all my questions. She kept in contact, but didn't annoy me. She was the perfect blend of professionalism and fun. Overall she made the experience a great one for me!
