Prompt, efficient, cost-effective service at Pilson Ford

onI called Monday and was able to get my '99 Ford F-150 in for service Wednesday. I drove the truck into the repair shop and told the Pilson agent that, in addition to an oil change and tire rotation, I needed them to check the air conditioning. The agent took the time to explain the cost and process of adding dye to the air conditioner. The service took about an hour during which I had cordial conversations with several Pilson employees. The price was as we had discussed and I was reminded to bring the truck back in as soon as I noticed any problem with the air conditioning.
