Service was an easy schedule, with a short turn-a-round. The service was quickly completed, and Service Dept. staff was friendly, as always. Various service options and corresponding prices were presented to me. I have been a Pilson new vehicle buyer and service customer for approximately fifteen years. I have always been treated with respect, have always been able to negotiate fair vehicle prices, and have been treated with fairness and candor by both the Sales and Service Departments. Pilson Ford gets a thumbs-up.
