She was very patient letting me take my time looking at the vehicle and ultimately come back the next day to purchase. I purchased a nice used vehicle at a fair price with a fair value for my trade-in. No complaints, and I would certainly recommend this dealership (and Ellen as a salesperson) to anyone.
