Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln

First off, my salesman John Stoltzenburg was phenomenal. Great communications, friendly, responsive, no complaints at all. We are not local to Lincoln, IL and drove to Jim Xamis as they were offering the best price on a SUV that we were interested on. John went above any beyond by sending us additional pictures, close ups, asking service technicians questions, and even offered video walk around before we drove the distance to ensure we were not going to be unsatisfied with the vehicle when we got there, and we were not. John & Team even stayed late on a Friday night to close the deal with us, and never made us feel pressured or that we inconveniencing them by staying late, they were committed and friendly. I'd highly recommend Jim Xamis, as all of the staff we encountered were top notch service, and offered a truly pleasant buying experience. In addition, they stand behind their vehicles, as we had a problem with the A/C / Heated Seats and they are going to fix / resolve the issue for us. I am typically a person who does not buy off car dealerships, and this has changed my overall perception as we received great service, value, and felt extremely welcomed. Great Job Jim Xamis Team!
