I couldn't be happier with the purchase process through Jim Xamis Ford. My salesperson, Ed Seggelke went above and beyond. I was purchasing a used car they had online and coming from Pennsylvania. Ed took additional photos of all areas of the exterior as well as a video of the car on a lift and put me in touch with the previous owner. All documents and fees were straightforward and the process couldn't have been easier. When I got to the dealership I noticed a potential issue with a sensor on the car and we agreed to revisit the issue after my 950 mile drive home if it acted up. Sure enough it did and the dealership covered the $500 cost when the repair was completed back in Pennsylvania. This is a first class organization and Ed clearly exceeded my expectations.
