onI have never been more insulted by the blatant lies and disrespect Andrew and Frank have shown me. The desperation was pathetic. Any human being with half a brain would never allow these two [non-permissible content removed] to touch anything that has to with your personal information. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. There are plenty of other places to go to. Dealerships are a dime a dozen and it looks like this one just can't make the cut. The owners should reevaluate their chain of command. There can be real potential but this place needs to be cleaned up. Napleton has a very good reputation it's sad employees like this are damaging that hard earned name.

William, we are discouraged to hear of your unpleasant experience during your recent visit to Napletons River Oaks Honda. I would personally like to apologize for the behavior of some of our staff. I assure you that changes have been put in place to prevent these occurrences from ever happening again. We have coached the staff in your review and made absolutely certain that the current staff members are much better educated and also very pleasant in customer response and need of attention.
