Napletons River Oaks Honda

I went to Honda to trade my car in and buy a new Honda Civic. They sold me a Burgundy Night car and said it was Black. I asked if I could exchange it and they kept telling me to call back or they would call me and nothing. My sales man name was Steve. He told me I would receive a watch and I didn’t get one. I’m also paying 34k for a 20k car. I am very unsatisfied. I’ve been a Lansing resident for 29 years! I’m a veteran and now I feel like my own howetown robbed me of money. Never again will I shop at that Lansing Illinois Ed Napelton on Torrence Ave. I am now stuck with a car that wasn’t the color I wanted and paying Thirty Four Thousand Dollars and they couldn’t care less!!! They also told me to leave a good review for a 100$ gas card. Well, they can stick that card where the sun don’t shine!
