I worked with Bridgette Sheppard. I was able to make a good deal for the car that I wanted. My selection and decision experience was very smooth. The dealership did not have in the lot the vehicle I was interested in, but worked to obtain it and kepts me updated on the progress. The actual purchasing experience took more time than I expected and I was disappointed only in that. The person who handled my financial papers was very attentive and thorough in the description of the "extras". Overall, for me this was a low stress purchasing experience.
