I went to napleton river oaks Honda. I was greeted by the best salesperson I have ever had. His name was Quincy Johnson. He was honest and understanding and not pushy like most car salesmen are. He took me for a test drive and was extremely knowable about all the features on the car. Gave me a detailed explanation of all the features of the car. Told me safety ratings and explain all the safety features. Told me all about the service dept. and the hours and how I could get a free car wash anytime. I felt like I was talking to a good friend instead of a salesman. After my test drive I sat down with him and he went over pricing and asked me what I wanted for my trade in. Then we talked about price of car. he then introduced me to the manger and other very nice people in dealership. I felt respected and in a real nice environment. I didn't hesitate to say yes to the deal as they understood and met my needs with no problems. I have to trade my cars in every 4 or 5 years due to traveling so far to work. But I want to say Quincy Johnson my salesman was by far the best and most knowable salesperson I have ever brought a car from. When I buy another car in 4 or 5 years I hope I can go back to Quincy. He is a big asset to river oaks napelton. I have told all my frinds about him to hope they get a car from him too.
