Napleton's River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with our experience at Napleton’s River Oaks Chrysler. We were shopping for a used Chrysler Pacifica. We found one we wanted at another dealership but it wouldn’t be ready for a couple days. I saw Napleton’s had one advertised on line and we decided to make the drive to check it out. We live an hour away in Michigan City, Indiana. Roberto Cortez was the sales person who worked with us. He was very pleasant and courteous. He worked with us on our trade and financing to get the payment where we needed to be. We ended up purchasing the van and the entire process went smoothly.
