Outstanding customer service. Lets be honest - buying a car has never been a great time. It takes time and is tedious. But we know that going into it. With that being said - i had a very good experience there. Chris - my salesman - actually made sure my car was spotless when i picked it up. I caught him with a spray bottle and rag in his hand removing spots. Shane - finance...it was so easy I honestly don't remember much about it. One minute he had my information - next thing i knew he asked me to sign the contracts ( total time I had to interact with him was like 5 minutes) We talked more but the business of getting my finance took no time at all. Tom - Customer Relations - outstanding - there were a couple of issues with the car that needed to be taken care of and he was on top of it very quickly. Best response out of the managers there. Overall very good experience. I would be comfortable in recommending Gillespie Ford to anyone looking for a car.
