Was Almost Painless

We lost our 2014 Escape when someone ran a red light & T-boned us on the passenger side & the car was declared a total loss. I called Chris H in service and asked who he would recommend to talked to in sales. He had Kyle Wade call me and we discussed the Escapes in stock. We requested to see a silver 2016 Titanium with the same equipment we had on the 2014. We came in on Wednesday and left a deposit on it. We came back in on Friday after receiving a payout from the insurance company and drove the car home. The whole deal went smooth from start to finish.
