Noah asked what my needs were and showed me models that would meet these needs and pointed out how the sales incentives on new models might end up make it more sense to purchase a new model for the long term benefit, I came in to see the new Bronco but, none were available to see! But, Noah was so friendly and openly apologetic that the Ford website was misleading and willing to show me what they currently had so I could have a comparison then, if I was still wanting a Bronco he would help me reserve one with the features I needed. It was really a fun experience to car shop and by with him guiding me through the experience! Thank you again!
