We are repeat Jeep/Crysler buyers and..... I have never worked with anyone who * returned phone calls so promtly * had such a nice demeanor each time * always a positive "can do" attitude and so patient with my endless questions & getting back to me with answers..His work on our invoice, payment & receipt was flawless and he became a national specialist in the Clunker rules...especially after workign with us.. I am most appreciative of all of his professional work and the time he gave to us and he represents FIELDS in the most positive way possible..We are looking forward to referring others for new sales and to returning ourselves in the future. We feel like he is an "old friend" that we trust and look forwardto seeing again.
