Cesar was busy when I came in and I was instructed to help myself to a snack and a beverage while I waited. He came over rattling things off to me from a post-it note telling me how much everything was going to cost. Never said Hi and introduced himself to me or even did he ask how I was or what I was coming in for. I asked him if we could speak more privately and if he even looked up my previous history. He handed me off to the manager Javier, waving his hand that I wanted for him to look up my account. I guess I asked him for too much already. Javier who was very well spoken and considerate checked me in and addressed my service requests for the day. We came for an oil change and purchased a cabin filter. I think Mini can do better.
